It’s no secret that the number of foreclosures over the last few years has been
off the chart, unprecedented, epic & earth shattering. All adjectives apply.
What this economic anomaly has left in its wake, is bazillions of people who’ve
had their credit destroyed and who will live with the consequences for years.
Perhaps you’re one of them.
What’s also true is that many of these folks understand that american homes
are still on sale, and they want one, bad, but they can’t go to the bank to get
a mortgage. So they have to watch the game from the sidelines. They don’t
get to play, which is beyond frustrating.
For many, their only real wealth was in their house and that’s gone now. They
know that the way to regain that wealth is to buy back in, at current prices, and
let time do the work.
Allow me the use of an analogy. Imagine yourself with no car, and no cash to buy

but really don’t want to throw your money away on rent. You really want to own a
car again. Then you walk (or bike) by a local car dealership and see that they’re

good credit. You continue down the road to the next car dealer and they’re doing
the same thing. Half off, for a limited time, as long as you have good credit. Then
you see another doing it, and another, and another.
Think of how frustrated you would be knowing you CAN’T buy one because again,
you don’t have the cash and your credit is shot.
How frustrating would that be?!

to get back in the game, now, while houses are on sale, IS the coming wave of
